Building Coordinator - HVAC Tech

Are you a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of building systems, and taking pride in maintaining top-tier facilities? Join our dynamic Facilities team as a Building Maintenance / HVAC Technician and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and teamwork.
This role will travel between Watford City, Williston, and Killdeer, ND on a frequent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Manage HVAC controls and EMS software across multiple facilities.
- Support other technicians and construction teams in system troubleshooting and equipment recommendations.
- Maintain HVAC product standards and update facility equipment records using our Facility Management System.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and construction work.
- Provide technical input during design phases of new construction and major remodels.
- Assist with security system maintenance including cameras, sensors, and access control.
- Contribute to departmental operations guides and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
Position Competencies:
- • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- • Initiative, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • Proficient in troubleshooting and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; five years of experience in HVAC or building maintenance (or equivalent training).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical, plumbing, and building components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between assigned locations.
