FIBT Recognized Among the 50 Best Places To Work for 2024

For the eleventh consecutive year, First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) has been named to Prairie Business Magazine’s annual list of the 50 Best Places to Work.

Earlier this year, Prairie Business sought company nominations from employees based on benefits, workplace culture, employee morale, and other factors. After analyzing more than one thousand nominations across North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota, First International Bank & Trust was selected as one of the 50 Best Places to Work. 2023 marks the eleventh consecutive year FIBT has earned this distinction.
